* Max attended Kindergarten orientation :)
* I have school anxiety all over again :(
* We got a Kohl's card and SAVED :)
* I reached a new running goal :)
* We received our adoption pass-along cards and dispersed a good number of them to friends and doctors :)
* I was forced to cut back on running for a while because I messed up my knee :(
* My sister Hannah moved to Utah to start school at BYU-Provo :)
* Max contracted a bad case of the stomach flu, which made him miss his first karate tournament and later landed him in the ER :(
* Poor Max contracted croup only three days after the stomach flu. We think he got it while in the ER :(
* Max is now on the mend, thank heaven :)
* We found out Craig passed the Colorado Bar Exam! :)

Hooray for no more flu. I hope your knee heels quickly. Congrats on the other great things going on!
What a month! April was full of sickness for us too. So glad Max is feeling better. I can't believe he's about to start kindergarten. I have to hold back tears when I think about Emma starting kindergarten, and that's over two years away!

Yea!! Are you going to try to move to CO then? Kindergarten is great... Max will grow up so much this next year and learn tons of new things. And you will have some awesome free time!! What to do, what to do...

I'm glad that Max is on the mend. Being sick is just no fun (for the boy or mom!) And CONGRATS on passing the bar. Hopefully we'll be able to announce that this time next year.
